I may have roots in Southwest Michigan, but I’ll never say no to an adventure-packed photoshoot to capture your special moments. So, when Brielle told me she wanted her senior portraits taken in Downtown Chicago, it was an emphatic YES from me! We packed our bags and took off for the city. We made a short girl’s weekend of it and decided to stay at the Palmer House near the Art Institute and Millennium Park (and their lobby made the perfect place for an elegant backdrop).
Senior photos are all about showcasing who you are in this milestone moment of your life! My job as your photographer is to capture your unique personality in a fun and artistic way. Everything from outfits, to lighting, to background, and editing comes into play. My hope is that when you look back on your senior photos 10-20 years from now they put a smile on your face and make you proud of your accomplishment!
With that in mind, we gallivanted across the city from The Bean to The Chicago Theater to Willis Tower for Brielle’s photos and had a blast spending the day together. Keep scrolling to take a peek at some of the stunning shots we captured.
