Baby, it’s cold outside.
I just love an outdoor winter maternity session. The elegance of the snow and the natural urge to snuggle a little closer and stay warm is just part of what makes winter sessions so magical! Needless to say, I was ecstatic when Cody and Josie reached out about having me capture their pregnancy story with photography. While weddings and couple portraits are my specialty, there is something so sweet about capturing a mama-to-be and I am so honored to document that season of my client’s lives.
Maternity photoshoots with me include up to three outfits at one location, and 60 minutes of shooting (read: embracing your mama vibe, snuggling with your boo, and documenting one of the most magical seasons of your life). For their session, Cody and Josie chose coordinating earth toned outfits to compliment the winterized backdrop of January in Southwest Michigan and I am in love with how they turned out.
