“Do what you do best, delegate the rest”
It’s me again..not the “me” you thought though! It’s Michaela, the virtual assistant behind Flourishing Tree Photography. You see, in July, Joey and Jenna realized that between running two thriving businesses (Flourishing Tree Photography + Flourishing Tree Charcuterie) AND their newest adventure (The Grazing Table) they had too much on their plate! The daily to-do list was growing longer by the second and overwhelm was settling in. They knew they needed to recruit some help in order to keep the day to day logistics running and continue to grow.
Enter.. Momentum Virtual Services, my VA business born in July 2021, and made to equip creative entrepreneurs with the systems and support they need to thrive!
On a personal level, I’m a wife to my college sweetheart, wellness enthusiast (former Les Mills Body Pump/CX Instructor), lover of wine (and cheese, no wonder I love the Gamrats!), and professional list maker! I’m a Jesus follower, enneagram 6w5 to the core and believe that time is our most valuable resource! So I started a business that helps entrepreneurs reclaim just that, their time.
Maybe you’re in that same place, googling things like “how to be more productive in a day?”, “can I hire someone to do this for me?“, and “what systems/processes can save me time and money?” OR maybe you’ve never even heard of a virtual assistant and you’re wondering what the heck is that and why would I need one?
So, to tackle both questions at once (because efficiency is kind of my thing) here are some of the things that I do behind the scenes to keep Jenna on her feet and Flourishing Tree Photography at the top of client’s minds:
- Blog Copywriting: Do you read the weekly blog? Each week, that’s my writing bringing the voice of Flourishing Tree Photography to life.
- System Streamlining: as a service based business (photography) sleek systems and good client experience is a must. So I help by creating custom client onboarding/offboarding templates in Honeybook, forms, and more so Jenna can keep doing the work she really loves (taking beautiful photos of YOU)!
- Instagram Content Management: This varies from week to week, but I help with everything from caption copy to on-brand graphic creation to posting at the optimal time for her audience.
This November, I started the process of a rebrand for Momentum and I had a very particular vision in mind. Jenna was able to bring my Pinterest Inspiration board dreams to life during our shoot and we figured, what better way to showcase her work in branding photography than with an intro of what I do behind the scenes!
